Public Environmental Review Available for Comment
In accordance with the Environmental Protection Act 1986, Burrup Nitrates Pty Ltd, prepared a Public Environmental Review (PER) document that described the Technical Ammonium Nitrate Production Facility Project and its likely effects on the environment.
The PER was made available for public comment from the 8 February 2010 with submissions closing on the 5 April 2010.
All regulatory approvals are now in place.
